Type Locality

Louise Creek, 13.9 miles (22.2 km) south of Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee (Hobbs, 1989).

Distribution and Range

Tributaries of the Cumberland River on the western Highland Rim in Montgomery and Dickson counties, Tennessee (Hobbs, 1989).

Habitat

Stream riffles (Hobbs, 1989).

Conservation Status

Currently stable (Taylor et al., 1996).
